Our Mission
CEPAC seeks to assist Americans with preparedness of unusual emergency scenarios including terrorism attacks involving biological, chemical, or radiological weapons. By offering Emergency Preparedness Training CERT, American Red Cross, FEMA, Long-Term Food, Emergency Equipment Distribution and complete disaster preparedness awareness.
CEPAC’s training material and emergency preparedness equipment are certified by FEMA, Homeland Security, and our Long-Term Food is U.S. Coast Guard Approved.
Effective response requires comprehensive planning and coordination of all who will be involved to include government and volunteer groups, private businesses, schools, and community organizations. With training and information, individuals and community groups can be prepared to serve as a crucial resource capable of performing many of the emergency functions needed in the immediate post-disaster period.
